Michelle, the owner, did an amazing job of cleaning my cream colored carpets. They look as close to new as 10 year old carpets can. She was on time, very reasonably priced, and no icky chemical smells left behind. Such a nice person too and she gave me great advice on how to clean up any future stains. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
