I never usually get my carpets professionally cleaned because they are hi end and always scared they would get ruined. I was pleasantly surprised they actually came out great! some stains didn’t come out which she advised me that they might not because she couldn’t use any strong chemicals since they were wool. She was very conscientious of her work and very careful. I definitely would use her again and refer to my friends! thank you, Monmouth steam cleaning and looking forward to seeing you next year! 😊
