Michelle did an incredible job on my couch, a bench, and even some outdoor cushions that had thick sticky residue on it. She was efficient, friendly, and had no problem adding on a few extra pieces to clean at the end. I will definitely be calling her yearly to keep up with my couch and for any other needs that pop up!
